In the last 20 years Conovalve BV has grown into a control valves specialist. Al kinds of control valves are part of our delivery program. For almost every service in Chemical, Petrochemical, refining, pharmaceutical and food industries we can deliver control valves up to DN1200 / 48". We do our own sizing and material selections if needed. The control valves specialists at Conovalve BV will be at your service any time. If there is no standard control valve available for a specific control problem we have the possibilities of engineering special valves. Construction and materials can be chosen freely.
	Another specialism of Conovalve BV are the micro flow control valves for dosing small amounts of chemicals (gas, liquid or steam). These micro flow CCV control valves are well known in all technical research and development divisions all over the world.
Their high precision, accuracy, repeatability and quick response are famous. They still have the smallest Kv / Cv values with the same high quality standards as for the normal CCV control valves up to DN200 / 8". Next to the CCV globe control valves we have SOMAS control valves in our delivery program. High performance butterfly valves up to DN1200 / 48" and Ball segment valves up to DN700 / 28" for media with high viscosity's. These ball segment valves can also be used for coagulating media and highly polluted media with particles. For the bigger sizes and higher pressure classes globe control valves we are able to quote the AST control valves. These valves can be manufactured according standard specifications and special executions if needed.
	If stainless steel is not sufficient because of chemical influences we can also deliver complete PTFE lined butterfly control valves. Disk material can be chosen freely. Examples are PTFE lined, stainless steel, titanium, Hastelloy B and C etc.
Conovalve has there own line of sanitary control valves. These two-way and three-way valves can be executed with a spring return pneumatic actuator and all kinds of accessories like positioners and solenoid valves. If a regular control valve is not needed and a self acting valve is sufficient we can also be of help. Reducing valves and overflow valves / back pressure regulators are in a wide range part of our delivery program. The stainless steel program is highly interesting because of the production process of these valves and therefor their low prices. For the easiest on/off valves we can support you with a wide range of solenoid valves up to 2". Body materials brass, stainless steel and plastics.
